REFUNDS AND RETURNS

After making a purchase, customers have up to fourteen days to return the items.

Return Policy:

• The client must state that they wish to return an item;
• the item is in good condition and returned in its original packaging;
• The item is returned in accordance with the timeframe and procedures stated above.
• The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
• Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it for any damage not caused during shipping. Once we determine that the item is undamaged, we will refund the cost.

If the item is lost, stolen, or damaged during unregistered delivery, Padelstyle srl is not liable.
