RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer may return the merchandise within 14 days of purchase.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

• the customer expresses a desire to exercise the right of withdrawal;
• the purchased item is undamaged and returned in its original packaging;
• the product is returned in accordance with the timeframe and procedures described above.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once the merchandise arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to check for any damage not caused by shipping. After verifying that the items are in good condition, we will issue a refund.

Padelstyle srl assumes no liability whatsoever for any damage to, or theft or loss of, products returned via uninsured shipping.
