Select the item you wish to purchase, select the size and colour and click “Add to basket”. Now you can continue shopping, when you have finished go to the Basket page and proceed with the payment of your order.

Of course! Our website can be accessed from any device. You can shop from your smartphone in the same way as from your personal computer or tablet.

If your order has been successful you will receive an email with a list of the items you have ordered. You can’t find the email or something has gone wrong? Check your spam or contact us at customer@padelmiamor.com

Go to the “Basket” page by clicking the icon in the top right-hand corner, then click on the “x” next to the product you want to remove from your basket.

If you want to cancel your order you have to send an email to customer@padelmiamor.com indicating the order number and your name and address.
Once you receive the email confirming your order has been shipped it is no longer possible to cancel it. For further information see “Refunds and Returns”.

No, once an order has been completed it cannot be changed.

Once you have completed your order you will receive confirmation only by email.

On the website you can pay by Credit Card (except for American express), PayPal and Cash on Delivery. For further information see “Payment”.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Delivery in Italy takes approximately 3 days after the order has been processed.
Delivery in Europe takes approximately 5-6 days the order has been processed.

No, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address once the product has been shipped.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking so you can track its status.

We deliver all over Italy, including the islands as well as all over Europe

PERSONAL DATA

Have you already registered but you can’t remember your log in password? Select “Forgotten your password?” on the login page.
Here you can insert the email address you used for registering, you will then receive an email with a link where you can reset your password.

If you want to change the delivery or billing address go to the ‘Addresses’ section in your Account and click ‘change’ then save your new address.

The law states that you have the right to cancel your account by sending an email to customer@padelmiamor.com.

The subject of the email should state your desire to cancel your account and in the body of the email you should include: your name and surname, your email address (you can find this information in your account in the Account Details section). Once you have sent your request our staff will remove your account from the database.

Access your account and go to Orders. Here you can see your order history.
