REFUNDS AND RETURNS

After completing a purchase, customers have up to fourteen days to return said goods.

Conditions for returning goods:

• the client must declare they want to return an item;
• the item is intact and returned in its original packaging;
• the item is returned according to the timeframe and procedures stated above.
• the delivery costs for returning the item will be charged to the customer.
• Once the item reaches our warehouse, it will be checked for any damage not incurred by transportation. Once the item is deemed intact, we will refund the cost.

Should the item get lost/stolen or suffer damage during non-registered delivery, Padelstyle srl is not liable .
